I don't often post about other people's work, but one of my AUB peers has a mid-century inspired textile exhibition currently on display at the university library that I think is just fabulous (and I'm only a little bit biased because she is also a Sarah)! Sarah Wilson's work; not mine! I love her choice of colours and authentic retro style and I can say from seeing her work first hand that she is a true talent! It's been a crazy three years in university as a mature student; time seemed to have it's own ideas of how fast or slow it wanted to go every day and it didn't always feel inclined to keep the rest of us informed of those changes. Hence the temporary neglect of this blog... however as it's all over now aside from end of year exhibition commitments, I felt it was time to update with pictures of my Final Major Project.
